Kenneth Ghartey is Lecturer in Law at the University of Ghana, Faculty of Law, in Accra/Ghana. A fully qualified Ghanaian lawyer, he holds an LL.M from the London School of Economics, where he is currently completing a doctorate in the area of arbitration and cross-border insolvencies under English law. His primary research interests lie in the fields of corporate governance, the law of corporate finance, corporate insolvency law and duties of company directors in the context of insolvencies and climate change.
